When you register for AuditIQ, we collect the following information:
Your account data is stored on trusted, secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. All data transmission occurs over HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption). Your store's operational data (stock files, scan logs) is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly use cloud-sync features.
Financial records in the Payables module are stored securely with Row Level Security (RLS) — only you can access your own data. Our database enforces strict access controls preventing any cross-account data access.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with:
AuditIQ uses essential cookies and browser localStorage to maintain your login session and store your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. You can clear localStorage through your browser settings, but this will log you out of the application.
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. Financial ledger entries are retained as long as your account exists, as these constitute important financial records.

By accessing or using AuditIQ at auditiq.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.
AuditIQ is a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing franchise retail store management tools including stock audit, delivery verification, payables management, and reorder planning. The service is provided by Bioprism Life Sciences, Karnal, Haryana, India.
You agree not to:
AuditIQ, including its software, design, features, and content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Bioprism Life Sciences. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for your own business operations. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from AuditIQ.
Your use of AuditIQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to AuditIQ. By using our service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
AuditIQ is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Bioprism Life Sciences shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees in the 3 months preceding any claim.
We strive to maintain 99% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We are not liable for any losses arising from service downtime, maintenance, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnal, Haryana, India.

All new AuditIQ subscriptions include a 30-day free trial during which you have full access to all features of your selected plan at no charge. You will not be billed during this period.
If you cancel your subscription before the free trial ends, you will not be charged at all. No payment, no questions asked.
After the 30-day free trial period, your account will be automatically charged the monthly subscription fee:
Charges are processed on the same date each month corresponding to your subscription start date.
You may cancel your AuditIQ subscription at any time:
AuditIQ operates on a no-refund policy for subscription payments that have already been processed, with the following exceptions:

AuditIQ subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
